The school, which was founded during the reign of Elizabeth I, around 1590, has been at the heart of the Guiseley community for 400 years. The older part of the school is Victorian, but the building was enlarged and modernised in 1966 and a major refurbishment was completed in 2001. Work has also been completed on the school grounds. A new computer suite and staff workroom was added in 2007 and more work is planned for the future. This shows that we are committed to continuing the long tradition of providing the best learning environment possible for our children.
